Provider Credentialing and Re-Credentialing
This service involves primary source verification, or verification of a provider's information (licensure, education, board certification) by contacting the primary source that possesses that information. Re-credentialing of providers typically takes place every two years following initial credentialing and entails verification of information that could have possibly changed within the previous two years.

Dynamic Credentialing

This service involves primary source verification of select portions of a provider's information. The client may select what items they would like verified such as only education or only licensure. It is a la carte credentialing.

Provider Paneling Services

This service includes researching provider panels available; obtaining and managing the completion of required paperwork such as contracts or applications; tracking the contracting, paneling and credentialing process; and managing the provider files.  Paneling generally involves pre-populating the critical documents for the provider's review and signature prior to the submission to the insurance company and the ongoing maintenance of those documents for the insurance company once the provider has been approved.
